What is is?!

We are an immersive art labyrinth featuring a collection of surreal, walk-through scenes. In addition to this unique experience, we also host a traditional gallery, a gift shop, and an event space for corporate gatherings, birthday parties, fashion shows, and more—offering endless opportunities to experience incredible art.
How can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets through our front desk or online. If you are able, please purchase tickets in advance for your desired time slot. Walk-ins are not guaranteed admission.
Walk-ins MAY be turned away 15 minutes after the last time slot.
What are your hours?

Last time slot is 75min before close to allow patrons time to complete experience.
If guests arrive late for this time slot, they MAY be turned away.
What is the usual wait time?
We will start groups of no more than 15 – 20 guests every 15-30 minutes. Our longest wait will be no longer than 1 hour, depending on demand.

Can we take pictures?
Absolutely! We permit any and all pictures, videos, Snaps, Stories, TikToks, the social media universe is your playground at Dreamscapes. They are highly encouraged but don’t forget to tag us, because we love seeing what YOU create! Tag us on Instagram @Dreamscapes.art and #DreamscapesSLC
What is the appropriate age range?

PLEASE NOTE: Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.
Is the space accessible?
Our facility is fully accessible, featuring wheelchair ramps for easy navigation. We prioritize safety and inclusivity by providing warning signs for flashing lights. These measures ensure that everyone feels welcome and accommodated, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment for all. We also have a limited number of wheelchairs available for people to use. If you would like one, talk to the Dreamer staff member at the front desk when you check in.
We follow all ADA requirements, and pay special attention to include experiences for our deaf and blind patrons as well!
Where are you located?
Our location is located at The Gateway at 16 N Rio Grande St, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. We are located on the bottom level underneath Flanker.
How long does it take to go through the exhibit?
We recommend 1-1.5 hours. Take your time to explore, play, and enjoy the realms of Dreamscapes. The only time limit is when the exhibit closes!
Is this a guided exhibit?
It is designed to be a completely self-guided experience, there is a short introduction and then our Dreamer staff member leaves you to explore on your own.

Are there any individual discount rates?
YES! We offer discounts to students, teachers, seniors, military & healthcare workers. Bring in any form of ID related to your appropriate discount to the front desk to get your discount.
What can I do with a stroller?
Los cochecitos están permitidos en el espacio o puede dejar su cochecito en el vestíbulo con los miembros del personal de Dreamer.
Is there a coat and/or bag check?

How often does Dreamscapes change?
Dreamscapes is constantly evolving and changing. We are closed on Mondays for updates and fixes. We usually have small updates and changes weekly, larger updates are installed every 6 months.
