Utah Arts Alliance (UAA) is seeking an Events and Festival Volunteer Coordinator who can support Utah Arts Alliance\u2019s major public events by recruiting, training, and managing volunteers for festivals, including the SLC White Party, Urban Arts Festival, and Illuminate Salt Lake.<\/p>\n

This role ensures that each event is staffed with engaged, well-prepared volunteers and that volunteer experiences reflect UAA\u2019s values of creativity, inclusion, and community care. The coordinator works closely with the Festival and Events Manager to assess staffing needs, maintain communication, and foster a strong volunteer culture.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will be interested in local art and culture, familiar with UAA\u2019s programs and mission, and have a passion for community and event management. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

They must have excellent organizational skills, including being highly detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and have good time management. They also must have project and team management experience and be self-motivated, solutions-oriented, proactive, and have a high level of accountability.<\/p>\n
