COVID resources…Again.

Hear we go again…

January 15, 2022 Issue

All of us at Utah Arts Alliance know the recent spike in the pandemic has been difficult for everyone. In light of the recent COVID spikes, here are some helpful tips and resources to help you stay aware, stay safe and compassionate to those around you.

  • If you are feeling sick, stay home!
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
  • Mask up! Vaccinated and unvaccinated persons are required to wear masks in all UAA venues.
  • Social distance the best you can! We know it’s impossible to stop and drop everything around you. Be mindful of those around you… and don’t forget those masks!

It is important now more than ever to come together as a community and ensure we can all continue thriving.

It’s OK to not be OK.

If you are struggling emotionally right now, that’s normal. We’ve all been under a lot of pressure for a long time. We saw the light at the end of the tunnel and started to return to normal and then the Omicron variant showed up and it feels like we are back in 2020 all over again. But we aren’t.

Fortunately there are lots of resources out there to help.
