About The Backyard Revival
In the Spring of 2018, Brian Bingham (founder and a long time fan of The Civil Wars) was looking for his “Joy Williams” and Sarah Little Drum came highly recommended. The pair instantly hit it off musically and have been working together ever since.

The Backyard Revival (TBR) is a progressive Folk/Americana band from SLC, Utah. Best known for male/female duet style vocals and string-centric sound, TBR presents an eclectic show, abundant with toe-tapping originals and creatively interpreted covers! The group features Brian Bingham on guitar/mandolin/banjo/lead vocals. Sarah Little Drum on ukulele/guitar/mandolin/ lead vocals, Zaza Historia VanDyke on upright bass/vocals, and Julliette Camille on fiddle/mandolin.
The Backyard Revival is bringing the spirit of sound and song to brick streets, backyards, and maybe even a living room near you! For almost 5 years the members of The Backyard Revival have been playing bars, restaurants, festivals, and venues across Utah, and recently completed their first cross-country tour in May 2022. In July of 2022, the band released their first studio album entitled, a long year.
Notable Performances Include: The Gallivan Center (SLC Bluegrass Festival), Ogden Music Festival (OFOAM ‘22), IAMA features (2019 and 2022), The State Room, Utah Urban Arts Festival, Utah Arts Alliance, Illuminate Festival, Spring City Folk Festival, Vernal River Fest, and Sofar Denver.
